High-Level Itinerary

  • Running & Training

Every day offers a mix of runs and movement sessions designed to make you a stronger, smarter, and more resilient runner. From track workouts and classic Kenyan fartlek runs to relaxed easy runs, you’ll experience a variety of training formats — all supported by running drills and mobility classes.

To make sure everyone feels comfortable, runs are organized in different pace groups, and each one is guided by an experienced Kenyan pacer.

  • Learning & Growing

Alongside the daily training, you’ll join five practical workshops and seminars on topics such as injury prevention and treatment, mental training, and strength work for runners.

Here, physiotherapy knowledge meets running experience, giving you tools you can immediately apply. To make it personal, you’ll also receive an individual physiotherapy session tailored to your needs – whether it’s creating a training plan, treating an injury, or addressing a body part that needs extra attention during the camp.

  • Culture & Connection

Beyond the miles, this camp is about immersing yourself in the heart of Kenyan running culture. You’ll visit local schools and community projects, meet and learn from Kenyan athletes, and experience first-hand the traditions and values that shape the world’s greatest runners. Every activity is designed to deepen your connection to the people, places, and stories that make running in Kenya so unique — creating memories and friendships that last far beyond the camp.
